I took my son here today to be seen and the bed in the room that we were taken to was full of bugs. Long story, short....The PA-C, was very rude and refused to write an incident report. The bugs in the room covered the bed from top to bottom. I overheard the PA-C tell the nurses and the other staff that the patient prior to us that was in the room, her daughter who was with her also in the room had scabies. I requested an incident report at the end of our visit and The PA-C told me in front of my son and all of the staff that he was not writing me anything because he doesn't have to and he doesn't have to time do so. I walked out and 2 minutes later, all of the patients that were awaiting to be seen in their waiting room were asked to leave as they then locked the doors and placed a sign on the door that stated "Due to an emergency, the office is closed". This was the worse and the most horrifying experience that I have ever encountered at a Dr's office. This could have went totally different had Mr Bruce Lewis, PA-C been more compassionate and professional. He was nonchalant, rude and indignant. He treated my son and I like we were the problems! My son was crushed about the horrible treatment that we recieved, we became the victims of his negligence and disrespect and it was very hurtful! We walked into that mess with no warning and although I believe in 2ND chances and that everyone wont always have the same experience, my advice to all who reaf this is that you please..please take note and understand that I'm as serious as a heart attach when I say....BEWARE of this place!!!

Despite the low reviews, I came to this facility like many others before me simply because it was the closest.
Worst place ever! They are very rude people no mannerisms at all ..I got taken here having a severe asthma attack an they refused to help me or provide service all cause a money situation ...had to waste another 20 mins just to go to e.r ...while having a severe asthma attack an this place gave no care in the world !
Let me save all of you out there some precious time.
Don't come here unless you love wasting time and enjoy watching multiple people come on after you get seen before you. Awesome!
Who lectures a pre-op patient in clear pain who needed compassion but instead got kicked verbally!?! This place. It was sad. I won't be back.
I went in for pre-op and got a HUGE lecture on patient responsibility. The individual lecturing me did not inquire what I had done to obtain my regular prescription and assumed I was asking him to fill a prescription I already had on order from another doctor. I was told about the individuals mail he gets from the government. I was repeatedly interrupted, talked over and condescended to. When I asked if I could speak, he rolled his eyes, sighed and says yes then interrupted. I asked him to stop interrupting and every time I spoke he said "I'm not interrupting" while interrupting and I said "yes you are please stop"over and over until my husband stepped in and told him to stop!
