As far as the facilities. it's fairly barebones, there is no security, operations facility isnt 24 hours, there is no AC units afaik, I dont know why we kept getting hit with increases when the value hasnt increased. Another thing that bugs me is that I use this unit because I traveled a lot, deployed while I had this, and at one point this year was overseas for 5 months. They'll send letters for the most part. No calls. No emails (even though Ive given them my email) which depending on yourself can be a huge inconvenience when it comes to communications, esp if it comes to these lovely rent increase notifications.
Overall it's still for me park and go though in the future will probably be only good for short term. Esp since it got bought up by a bigger corp and is falling prey to the inevitable corporate stuff.
Longterm customer since 10 years when it was Safeguard Self Storage and the nice Vicky was working there before she passed. After the Stack and Store buying out and rebranding the price just keeps going up and up. I probably wont find the value in it for the SMALLEST unit available. Esp when the place up the road gives a military discount and my friend in Rosedale has double the space for what I am soon to reach close to 2/3 of that price for less space. I miss Safeguard. Also one year I got a letter about the increase and shortly there after came another so it was twice in the same year essentially.
