DO NOT USE GRAY HOUND!!! You can count on grayhound to leave you stranded in Missouri after not showing up. Another passenger had to tell you it broke down and when you call for a refund they try to tell you you got a non refundable tickets.When they finally see its there fault they promise you a refund but dont pay up after 5, 40min long wait calls. NEVER USE GRAYHOUND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

I wanna give a big shout out to the greyhound bus station in Richmond Virginia. Also the woman at the front desk who rolled her eyes and told me to please back the f**k away from the desk BY FAR THE MOST RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET and I wish I had caught you on camera... ur ignorance is highly appreciated ......... BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE I'd REALLY like to thank the only person in the whole station !!!!!!!who would help me and my 9 year old get us onto a bus home... And it only took me (screaming and crying threw the hole bus station) for someone to help us.....
