I’ve personally watched one of the employees, a white guy, lick his hands, and cooked French fries without washing his hands after he licked it.
I've been coming to this place ordering wings for months as I'm from New York. I loved the food until the new employee gave me bad wings which made me sick. When I told the driver that I will NOT order wings unless Josh, another worker who's one of the best cooks that works there, it was told to me I cannot purchase food from there anymore. If you're doing business it is your obligation to provide customer service. Not only have I referred your establishment to friends but they've spent money there. So do I have an issue with eating raw chicken wings that made me sick, YES I do because I want what I paid for. I was sick and still sick with an upset stomach eating chicken that wasn't fully cooked. So if you have an issue with me complaining to your delivery driver about a customer not trusting your employees to cook meat well done, that's not my issue! That's yours! You don't ever have to worry about me spending my hard earned dollars at your establishment because no one should have to eat uncooked meat.
This is a very unsanitary establishment. Do not order food from here or you’ll get sick. Since new management has taken over this place, the quality of food and service has been awful. You’re better off going to Wegmans or Little Caesars before wasting your money to purchase food from here.
I have been ordering here for over 8 years or more, I absolutely Love their boneless wings!! Always delicious n on point.
Furthermore, they’ve had issues with maggots in the store coming out of the freezer and other places in the store.
In addition, I witnessed him dropping food ( a chicken wing) onto the floor and put the food into a container for a customer’s order, and he has ate customers food while putting it in the container without gloves or washing his hands.
My second time at Wings N Pies and the food is good. The staff is very nice .And there is plenty of parking. Pricing is just right. This is one of my favorite place to eat now.
Majority of the employees have been seen not wearing gloves cooking food or preparing food. I’ve even witness the female manager blow her nose and didn’t wash her hands while serving food. How gross is that?!
The lack of customer service provided in this establishment has been beyond unacceptable. The female manager seems a bit racist and have treated other customers unfairly. I’ve even witness the female manager yell at the black male employee in a very distasteful and disrespectful manner.
Thanks to new management I am changing my 5 star rating to what would be no stars. They lost a loyal customer of two years. I used to be able to get multiple flavors of my 18 wing order and now I can't. Come on, sauce is sauce. It's not as if I was costing the place money. And now they don't honor their coupons. Way to run the place into the ground. Good going new management. Sams deli is now my new sub place.
I cannot say much about management within itself but I can speak for the hard workers who are delivering impeccable service.
Josh and the delivery guys are doing the best job they can. Josh is one of the best cooks in this establishment and has been there before new management took control. Keep up the great work.
DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! THEY GOT MAGGOTS INFESTATION AND THE EMPLOYEES DON’T WASH THEIR HANDS. THE EMPLOYEES ALSO WILL SERVE FOOD THAT HAS BEEN DROPPED ON THE FLOOR

Next time train your employees right by cooking food or you'll guys might end up getting sued for food poisoning. I'm very angry that you would treat a loyal customer like this who spends money in your establishment everyday. Instead of you trying to remedy the issue, you band a customer that did nothing but supported you. Shame!
