I love papa johns and I'm currently working there and I want to make things better and we are under new management we have better staff and better attitudes don't believe me call whenever and we will make sure everything is done right and customer service is key we want to make sure we have satisfied customers
Best pizza restaurant ever ! Im always satisfied when ordering from Papa John's .
Worst papa John's in the area. Every time we order a pizza we ask for extra pizza sauce and it never comes on the pizza. But even if you order a pizza with a regular sauce portion it is very light and almost non existant. The pizza is usually doughy after it was cooked. I wonder if their oven hasn't been calibrated in a while or they just don't care. Also, you have to coerce the drivers that deliver to go back and get the extra garlic sauces you ordered. I have complained to the manager on numerous occasions and nothing has changed. I now drive to the bel air location if I want papa John's pizza. They know how to make a pizza. The Edgewood location needs to get their act together!
I loved the pizza here until recently.I was told they were under new management, so i tried to order my pizza ,and boom i had to choose from options available, they were expensive, plus the new choice tasted nothing like papa John's pizza,what worse the prices were high.I like the old menu better.
If I could have given no stars I would have. What a mess tonight was. I put in order in with my fiancé for delivery. After seeing it was a 2 hour wait we called up the store and said we could drive up and pick it up to make it easier. Also didn't want to have cold food. They said that would be great and told us 35 minutes. We get up to the store and they took out all the discounts that had been applied for order online and tried to charge over $18 more. When I showed them the email conformation we had they tried to say we had to pay almost $20 extra for coming into the store. After dealing with a manager for another 15 minutes they cancelled out our order and re put it in to get it back to the original price with the delivery charge still in it. At this point the food is like warm at best and now I have to make sure they did credit back our bank account. They have lost our business and we will take it else where at this time. Just pathetic!!!!!
