Have had alterations done several times. Excellent job every time! Even had same day service today - had 2 pairs of pants hemmed, one pair let out and another one repaired. Highly recommend!
Went to get curtains hemmed 2 sets. The first pair they did a horrible job and the second pair upon driving there twice (first time the first pair were not done) they didn't even hem. So I had to drive there a third time to show them they didn't hem them. They already charged me $80 total for the curtains. I asked for a refund for the second pair and they said I would have to come back a fourth time in order to get a refund from the manager who was never on site. They even admitted that they don't do their own alterations they send the items out for the service.
Failed to complete my laundry in time, causing me to run out and purchase clothing to compensate. There is no plant on the premises and they rely on a truck to deliver clean laundry to the store. Sometimes the truck is late
Way too expensive and the quality was mediocre
