Do not purchase a shed here! It took us almost 3 months to get the shed from the front of the Edgewood parking lot to our home (5 miles away). Home Depot uses a contractor, Sheds USA for sheds and this company was unprofessional and was very dishonest. We contacted the company several times by phone and even sent e-mails to Sheds USA to get our shed. We even called another department in Sheds USA and asked them to transfer us to the rep Kim who we had been attempting to reach for an appointment....she answered because she thought it was her co-worker calling. We discussed the matter with the Home Depot assistant manager, the store manager and corporate. We were told that the shed would be delivered and the date would continue to change. After almost 3 months of begging for a shed we paid almost $3,000 for my husband had to take off 2 days to get 1 shed delivered because they cancelled yet again. The matter was not handled properly by Home Depot or Sheds USA. We will not ever shop at this store again and we have cancelled our credit cards here. After thousands of dollars spent at this store over the years we expected better treatment from Home Depot. Also, if you're planning to purchase a shed....check the reviews on sheds before purchasing from Home Depot and you will see other complaints about Home Depot's contracted company Shed's USA. Home Depot continues to use the company even though there a several complaints.
This is a Home Depot. You find things here which you would expect, and some other stuff you may not, such as decorations and a limited quantity of electronics. Their vendor services could be better, but I don't hold it against the store.
Been shopping at this store over a year never had a problem. Everyone is always helpful and i always get what i need
