I purchased a 2006 Lincoln town car Feb 8th. Since I had I have had problems. Some he fixed and some he refused to fix. This is the first time we have had a lot of rain since I have had the car. April 6th I opened my passenger door and their was water on the floor. The buttons on the dash stop working. The emergency brake didn't work. Now my temporary tags expire today and I don't have my tags yet. Called five days ago to tell them but they didn't send them off until Friday t he 7th when my tags expire today the 8th. So now I have to find a ride to work. They are a buy here pay place to but they don't tell you until you are ready to fill out the paperwork that they charge a extra $1000 for that. Don't trust John..

I bought a car from Shepherd Auto in February of this year. I am a 17 year old girl with two jobs and I needed a reliable car to go to school this fall. I had a '95 manual Chevy s10 and was looking to trade in for buy here pay here. I heard about shepherd through reviews online, and after doing thorough research I went to go check it out. I looked at a few cars but was recommended an '05 Chevy Cavalier that was new on the lot. By the next day I was able to trade in for the cavalier, it was a very easy process that made car buying painless. Since buying the muffler hanger rusted off and the 3000mile/3 month warranty covered it being fixed. Other than that I haven't had a problem with the cavalier, it has been a great vehicle over the past five months and I don't know what I would do without it. Shepherd auto is great and I recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a car. Mr. John is great, he's friendly and helpful and I wouldn't have wanted to buy a car from anyone else!
